Synopsis
After a tense visit to his parole officer, Martin is on his way up the coast for the quiet weekend in an effort to avoid situations that might trigger the behavioural demons he’s trying to repress. Out of nowhere Renee appears on the side of the road. Martin drives past to keep out of trouble. He stops at a scenic spot and begins to eat his lunch. Renee knocks on his car window and asks him for a ride. Martin decides to test himself but the simple act of giving Renee a ride home turns into a nightmare when she tries to manipulate him into staying by taking an overdose.
